• Bioremediation of hydrocarbon contaminated soils.
• Aerobic and anaerobic biodegradation of chlorinated organic compounds in wastewater.
• Application of sequencing batch reactor for treatment of high strength wastewater.
• Composting and co-composting of livestock and poultry waste slurries using  passive aeration method.
• Investigate emission of green house gases from composting piles.
